How to Lose weight?

How to Lose Weight Fast: 3 Simple Steps, Based on Science

There are many ways to lose a lot of weight fast. However, most of them will make you hungry and unsatisfied. If you don’t have iron willpower, then hunger will cause you to give up on these plans quickly. The plan outlined here will:

  • Reduce your appetite significantly.
  • Make you lose weight quickly, without hunger.
  • Improve your metabolic health at the same time.

1. Cut Back on Sugars and Starches

The most important part is to cut back on sugars and starches (carbs). When you do that, your hunger levels go down and you end up eating much fewer calories (1Trusted Source). Now instead of burning carbs for energy, your body starts feeding off of stored fat.

2. Eat Protein, Fat and Vegetables

Protein Sources

  • Meat: Beef, chicken, pork, lamb, etc.
  • Fish and Seafood: Salmon, trout, shrimp, etc.
  • Eggs: Whole eggs with the yolk are best.

The importance of eating plenty of protein cannot be overstated.

3. Lift Weights 3 Times Per Week

You don’t need to exercise to lose weight on this plan, but it is recommended. The best option is to go to the gym 3–4 times a week. Do a warm-up and lift some weights. If you’re new to the gym, ask a trainer for some advice.By lifting weights, you will burn lots of calories and prevent your metabolism from slowing down, which is a common side effect of losing weight

Her weight had reached a whopping 87.5 kilos and she realized that she needed to shed all the stubborn kilos and get back in shape. Priya knew that there was absolutely no shortcut to losing weight. This is how she lost a whopping 26 kilos by working out with an unwavering dedication.

The turning point: I have never been the girl who would pay a lot of attention to what others said about me. However, I was really tired of the constant body-shaming and rude comments. It had started hurting me and I used to feel really low. That was the point I decided that I needed to lose all the weight and become the best version of me. I have never looked back since that day. Fitness secrets I unveiled: During your weight loss journey you need to be hydrated and sleep well. No matter what happens, you need to ensure that you are working out regularly. There is no replacement for hard work. How do I stay motivated? I have made exercising my lifestyle. When I don’t work out for even a single day, it feels like something is missing from my day. I do not bunk gym. Whenever I feel that I am straying from my weight goal, my trainer Shiva bhaiya makes sure that I stay motivated.

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
